Sarah Delon-Bouquet focuses on labor and employment law, and serves as the firm’s Team Leader for European Labor and Employment. She represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters involving all aspects of labor and employment from drafting employment agreements and adapting employment-related regulations and policies to French law requirements. She advises clients on working time issues, employee benefits, individual and collective dismissals for personal or economic reasons and negotiation of settlement and mutual termination agreements. Sarah also assists clients with issues related to personnel representatives.
She has advised clients on the employment aspects of cross-border corporate transactions (due diligence, application of transfer of undertaking provisions, review of acquisition and employment agreements, non competes, information and consultation with works councils), and also on the employment aspects of company restructuring (consultation with works council, collective dismissals).
Sarah also coordinates legal advice in different EU jurisdictions in connection with restructuring plans and redundancies, service agreements, transfers of business and data protection issues.
She advises clients on French data protection and privacy laws, as well as issues related to the transfer of data outside the European Union and the implementation of codes of conduct and whistle-blowing schemes in France. In addition, she advises on various consumer and commercial law questions and assists clients in drafting services, confidentiality and license agreements.
